Kickboxing Classes in Rego Park | iLoveKickboxing

Truly a great experience. This is located on the second floor of a Jewish community center. The space is shared and there is a martial arts school in the same space, but this won’t take away from your workout. The workouts can be intense, but the staff is incredibly friendly and supportive and you will see growth with this program. You’re not only gaining a great workout experience, but you’re also making great friends. Highly recommend you come in and check it out!

This branch is located inside a Jewish center, and they use the space to teach kids karate too. The class schedule changes often due to special closings from the building itself so I think it is beyond their powers. They are able to keep a solid schedule for classes Monday-Thursday evenings and Sunday mornings though. What I’m judging on is the QUALITY of the classes. The staff is great. Each instructor has a different teaching style but all of their classes will MAKE YOU WORK and get you HYPED to work out! Their classes follows the typical ILKB format with a HIIT workout, cool down/stretch, 5 bag rounds, glove drills, and cool down.

A motivating place with an inspiring instructors along with the vibe of positivity and a beautiful smile is what this place is all about. In the course of 3 months, I did lose one thing i.e. 28 lbs. So, guys do listen, learn and get the tip of the day😊. I love kickboxing 🥊.

We start off classes with a flurry of awesome exercises like squats, lunges, jumping squats, double lunges, pushups, burpies, ab work, and more to get you loose & ready!

Now that your body is warm and limber – we stretch out those muscles to make you feel great, prevent injury, and help you perform the kickboxing moves like a total champ.

bag work

Now it’s time to strap on your gloves and punch and kick those calories right off of your body.

This part of class always gets tons of laughter and smiles. You’ll team up with a fellow member and have fun with exciting drills that get you both burning calories and having a blast.
